Products & Pricing

We strive to present all product descriptions and images as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, embroidery, or design may occur due to lighting, fabric textures, or screen displays. All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may be updated or modified without prior notice.

Orders & Payments

Orders placed on our website are confirmed only after successful payment through our secure payment gateway. By completing a purchase, you confirm that all payment details provided are valid and authorized. Any fraudulent activity detected will be reported immediately to the relevant UAE authorities.

Shipping & Delivery

• Each dress is custom-made with care and attention to detail. Please allow up to 14 days (2 weeks) for production and delivery.
• Shipping fees are paid at checkout when placing your order. You will not be asked to pay anything to the courier upon delivery.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your delivery status.
• Hekaaya Reem Fashion is not responsible for any delays caused by courier services, customs processes, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

All returns and exchanges are subject to our official Return & Exchange Policy and fully aligned with the UAE Consumer Protection Law. Please note that custom-made, tailored, or altered items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
