We want you to love your order, but if something isn’t quite right:
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Only Hekaaya-tailored items are eligible — pieces tailored elsewhere cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Custom-made and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and approve your return. To request a return, email support@hekaaya.com with your order number and reason.
To preserve the elegance and quality of your Hekaaya garment:
- Dry clean only — especially for delicate fabrics, embroidery, or embellished pieces.
- Avoid washing in water to maintain fabric texture and color.
- Do not bleach.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Iron on low heat or steam gently if needed.
- Store in a cool, dry place, ideally in a breathable garment bag.
